Project Description
Removal of thick bituminous paint and adhered foam padding from dense blockwork and RC slab after severe flooding. Surface prepared for specialist waterproofing membrane application.
Challenge
Storm Babet flooding caused £10,000s in damage. Required complete removal of bitumen and foam to prepare for waterproofing.

Removal of deteriorating coatings and surface rust from potable water storage tank, both internally and externally. RC base scarification and contaminant removal.
Challenge
Remote forest location, potable water tank requiring meticulous preparation for long-term protection.
Achievement
Steel surface left in perfect condition to receive primers and coatings. Confined space certified operatives (City & Guilds L2) ensured complete safety.
